After the installation and activation of the APFs, Mars began to experience the emergence of weather patterns. The creation of a new ozone layer brought increased humidity, allowing water and ice crystals to form in specific regions. In the farthest, most sun-starved areas, glaciers and regular snowfall began to take hold, dusting the red landscape with patches of frost and transforming those regions into isolated pockets of winter.
